Day 2 prep for Spartan Race. Decided to focus more on building strength. As such, I strapped on my dad’s ankle weights to do my exercises. The added loaded definitely added more strain to my lats. Hopefully, it will help me to develop stronger lats.
Did 5 sets of 10 pull ups and 10 push-up burpees. By the time I was done, I was dead tired. I could barely pull myself up on the 5th set.
Will continue to train for the race and post regular updates. THIS IS SPARTA!!!
