SPARTAN RACE Prep DAY 11 (Push up burpees with overhead dumbbell press)


Thank God for the National Day holidays! Despite still having mountains of tests and assignments to mark and Examination papers to edit, I am still thankful for the free time (though little) I can have to do my own stuff. Holidays are the best time to EXERCISE.

So the previous time I mentioned  that it seems like the race has quite a number of obstacles which require strength(particularly pulling heavy stuff and lifting heavy stuff), so I  decided to do some strength training today.

The workout looks deceivingly easy but my the end of the 5th set, I was exhausted. Shall look at youtube to see what other lifting exercises I can do at home.
