Friday is for TAEKWONDO TRAINING!

What we did:
1.5km warm-up run
stretching

mid section front kicks X20
high front kicks X20
mid section round-house X20
high section round-house X20
mid section front leg round-house X20
mid section round-house X3

slide step forward followed by round-house X20
slide step backward followed by round-house X20
slide step front leg round-house X20
shadow sparring 1min

axe kick circuit X3 rounds
side step round-house circuit X3 rounds
burpees X10

turning kick on punching bag 2-3min
back kick on punching bag 2-3min
tornado kick 2-3min

cool down stretch

IT WAS A GREAT DAY.
