Had a great run today. Did interval training as planned out by the Runkeeper app. Despite the haze problem, it was quite enjoyable as it was quite breezy. I can feel the strain on neck from Monday’s muay thai clinch training. Anyways, here are the details of the run:
5min warm up jog
1min fast followed by 1min recovery X13 times.
Total time for the run is 31min. I think if I wanted to, I could have finished 5km within 5km. Definitely getting faster.
