The haze does not seem to be going away. The air today was horrible! It was so hazy during the noon time that it felt like I was living up in the mountains! When I get out of the house, I could smell smoke in the air. Hence, no running today, again. 😦
Anyways, since I can workout at home, I decided to do some strength training.
10X 5 sets of pull ups
10X 5 sets of dumbbell rows
I was somewhat following these exercises based on a video recommended by bodybuilding.com. Quite good stuff as it was very scientific. It went into great lengths to explain about human anatomy and which muscles are you exercising when doing these exercises. Check out the video below:
