So today I wanted to challenge myself by doing 4 sets of HIIT with only 10 sec of rest in between. It is a good measure of my fitness. Why no the usual 5 sets? Well, to be honest, I realised that I would not be able to complete 5 sets with just 10 sec rest between each rest when I started doing the 2nd set. hahahahaha.:P
As the rest is only 10 sec, my muscles have little time to recover. So the push ups were a little….Meh… I was sweating quite profusely and I was literally sliding on my marble floor.
