Watched a video by six-pack short cuts yesterdays and decided to try out one the their recommended workouts:
Didn’t follow their warm up as it was too slow. Started off with their version of HIIT which includes 10 push ups followed by 10 jumping lunges.
I did 5 sets instead of their recommended 2. Didn’t really fell that tired after the workout. I proceeded to do 5sets of pull ups till failure and then finish up 50 push ups and 50 mountain climbers.
I think the HIIT I have been doing is more effective due to the addition of burpees and there are also more compound exercises in 1 set.
Perhaps I didn’t feel as tired as I didn’t do the sprints as he did… Shall try out again some other time..
