Haven’t been sleeping well lately. Kept having dreams and I was unable to have a restful sleep at night. Sometimes, I go to school feeling totally zombified. I could hardly keep my eyes open. Yesterday’s workout was certainly effective. I could feel my middle and lower back aching. I was planning to do a run today but I was too exhausted to do so. I decided to do some simple pull ups at home instead. Nothing special. Just 5 sets of max rep pull ups. I need some sleep…
