My shoulders and my mid back are really weak as these two are my most neglected areas. Hence, today I decided to give my deltoids and mid back some love by doing some barbell exercises that target these areas specifically.
Workout for the day:
10X 5 sets seated military press
10X 5 sets bent over barbell row
10X 5 sets upright row
Not a very tough workout and I didn’t do clean and press as Friday is Taekwondo training. I didn’t want to strain my hamstrings.
