Eating and resting is also part of training. And there’s no greater excuse than that especially when there’s a reason to celebrate. It’s my fiancee’s birthday today! YAY! and we went over to Shelter in the Woods to have a good meal!
Started off with some starters. We had some french platter thing with bread and tenderized meat and some escargot. We loved the escargot. We was well baked and it was served on a lamb’s bone with garlic and mashed potato. 😀
But nothing can beat the main course! 250g grass fed rib eye! That’s some quality protein! The meat was very well cooked. We order medium rare. The meat and the fat just melts in your mouth! Was very full by the end of the meal but we thought it was worth it as we really enjoyed ourselves. The waiters were very helpful and friendly also. 10/10 would come again!
