SPARTAN RACE Prep DAY 72 (Runs and pull-ups)

Simple workout today with a target of 30mins of running followed by 5 sets of 10 reps of pull ups. The run was okay. Didn’t run as fast as I did last time but it was okay. Pull-ups today was bad. I think I have neglected pull ups for quite a while. I was struggling to complete 10 reps from the 2nd set onward. I used to be able to do 5 sets of 10 easily. Seems like I need to do pull ups more regularly. I have a pull up bar installed on my door frame. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

Anyways, 10 days to race day!
