DAY 7: Shoulders like bowling balls

After an enjoyable experience at the gym yesterday, I decided to head there again. This time round, I focused on training my shoulders. Gotta train them so they look like Arnold’s!

Here’s the workout:

Seated military press 25kg    10x5sets
seated military press 20kg     burnout set
Lateral raise 6kg       10x5sets
Shoulder press 50lb       10X5sets
Seated reverse fly 4kg      10x5sets
Bent over barbell row 22.5kg      10x5setsRowing machine  10min (it was faulty)
Clean and press 15kg     10x5sets

Felt exhausted after the training and felt like having a nap a home. Good signs of a good workout!
