DAY 13: Damage control before a big meal

My mom brought prawns today and declared that she will be making salted egg yolk prawns, one of the highest calorie (check out how much) prawn dishes in Singapore. Days like this really spoil your weight loss plans but you can always do some…Damage control.


My favourite damage control is to go for a nice long run. While it is obviously insufficient to offset that fattening meal, some form of exercise is better than none. I ran for 30mins for heading home for a nice fattening dinner. Well, I guess once in a while is okay. But obviously, you can’t be eating this every week!
