DAY 67: Tiring Muay Thai session

An awesome time at Muay Thai training today. Totally tired out. Gotta keep it short today. Here’s what we did.

Combo 1 practice
Left hook, left upper cut cross, right cover block, left hook, cross

Round 1
Combo 1 full speed and power – 2mins
Conditioning drill: 50 punches

30 sec break

Round 2
Combo 1 full speed and power – 2mins
Conditioning drill: 50 punches

Combo 2 practice
Pendulum kick, high kick, cross

Round 3
Combo 2 leading to combo 1 full speed and power – 2mins
Conditioning drill: 50 punches, 10 left pendulum kick, 10 right roundhouse – 2 sets

30 sec break

Round 4
Combo 2 leading to combo 1 full speed and power – 2mins
Conditioning drill: 50 punches, 10 left pendulum kick, 10 right roundhouse – 2 sets

Conditioning drill
10 punches followed by 2 push ups, 8 punches followed by 4 push ups, 6 punches followed by 6 push ups, 4 punches followed by 8 push ups, 2 punches followed by 10 push ups – 2 sets
Finally 200 crunches to end the session
