DAY 70: Taekwondo. Leg/cardio training

I don’t usually train my leg because Taekwondo training is good  enough for the development of my leg muscles. Over many years of Taekwondo training, I developed T-rex legs.

We did loads of kicks and conditioning again. Here’s what we did:

Round 1

Mid-level front kick – 20
High-level front kick – 20High raising kick – 20
Front and side kick swings 1min
Axe kick – 20

Conditioning: 10 right roundhouse, 10 left roundhouse, 20 left followed by right roundhouse
Bonus for Daniel: 50 punches, 20 roundhouse

Round 2

Crescent kick – 20
Combo:
Roundhouse followed by axe kick – 20

Conditioning: 10 right roundhouse, 10 left roundhouse, 20 left followed by right roundhouse
Bonus for Daniel: 50 punches, 20 roundhouse

Round 3

Combo:
Slide in front foot roundhouse, followed by roundhouse, crescent kick -20

Conditioning: 10 right roundhouse, 10 left roundhouse, 20 left followed by right roundhouse
Bonus for Daniel: 50 punches, 20 roundhouse

Round 4

Combo:
Slide back, rear leg roundhouse – 20

Conditioning: 10 right roundhouse, 10 left roundhouse, 20 left followed by right roundhouse
Bonus for Daniel: 50 punches, 20 roundhouse

Round 5

Shadow sparring. One person will feed the paddles while the other try to hit the paddles as fast as possible – 1min 30sec

Conditioning: 10 right roundhouse, 10 left roundhouse, 20 left followed by right roundhouse

I could feel my leg muscles twitching and aching as I’m typing my blog post. They are gonna be so sore in the morning.  HAH! 😀
