It’s Sunday! Time for #sundaybroruns. Daniel didn’t join us today because he had something on so Brendan cam over to my place for our weekly workout. This time round, we did something a little different. Instead of going for our 6km run, we did the body weight workout then went for a 2km run. GO GO GO!

Brendan was dead tired at the 2nd pair and had to have a long rest before moving on to the 3rd pair. The workout looks easy but saps away much of our energy as you will need to use many of your other muscles to help your body keep stable.
After the body weight strength workout, we went for a slow 2km jog. Our legs felt like jelly after doing the step-ups.
It was a slow pace but it was okay, we had fun! 😀
