DAY 80: I have grown weak!

Indeed, I have grown weak. After dinner with my family, I decided to head to the nearby fitness corner to do my body weight workout as I didn’t manage to work out with the Bros today. I was busy in the morning to witness my friend’s baptism and Brendan is on morning shift for his nurse work. I realise that I wasn’t able to do as many reps as I was used too for my body weight workout and man, my hands! My hands hurt like hell! I could hardly hold on to the pull up bar because it was so painful. Damn! I sound weak. Anyways, here’s what has been done for the day.

The stats are somewhat the same as the previous workout but I felt really tired after the workout. Usually, I would still try to do muscle ups. Not today though… May be the presence of friends gave me a lot more extra motivation than I thought.
