DAY 95: Lifting barbells

Just a short update. Really busy today so I was only able to do simple workouts at home with my barbell.

Definitely improved on my shoulder press. I am doing more reps per set but gosh, my biceps are really weak! I could hardly lift 20kg barbell. I think I need to think less highly of myself and use slightly lighter weights for my barbell curls. :/
