DAY 99: Home workout

It was raining today and I couldn’t go for my run. As such, I opted for an easier option, working out at home. Did nothing impressive. Just some pull ups and some barbell lifting.

1 10 5 Shoulder press 30kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
2 10 5 Bent over row 30kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
3 10 5 Pull up . 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

I have factored in more rest time in between sets and added with a period of time not lifting weights, I see significant improvements in the number of sets I do for each set!
