DAY 101: Putting dem protein to work

Celebrated by birthday with my friends yesterday! Had lots of MEAT and good food and what better way to put those protein to work by lifting some weights?!

1 10 5 Pull ups 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
2 10 5 Shoulder press 30kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
3 10 5 Bent over row 30kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
4 10 5 Deadlift 30kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

I was able to complete 5 sets of 10 shoulder press again today. This means that I did not achieve the results by a stroke of luck the other time. I did become stronger. This means that I need to lift slightly heavier weights next time.
