DAY 103: Moar protein!

More feasting!

I have been feasting the past few days. Friday with my friends to celebrate my birthday, Sunday with my family to celebrate my mother’s birthday and today again! Cooked army stew at my fiancee’s home today and we were so full after the meal. I weighed myself at home and I have gained almost 2kg! I need to put them protein to work! Did some simple workout at home today. My hamstring is feeling better. It is not as tight as before. Tomorrow I should be able to run well. I think tomorrow I should go have a long run.
