DAY 104: Supposed “recovery” swim

I had planned to go for a run tonight but went for a swim with Daniel instead. Our usual goal was to swim 10 laps but in the end we aimed higher. This time round we aimed to swim 20 laps. What was supposed to be a recovery swim became an endurance workout. Thankfully, the water was cooling and the swim was quite enjoyable. In the end, I managed to swim 21 laps in total. The tiredness only really kicked in when we got out of the pool. My arms and legs felt like jelly.

I WILL GO FOR MY 5KM RUN TOMORROW!
