DAY 106: Strength and endurance

Did a simple workout today as the bros are not free today. I did some lifting at home then went for a 30min run. After which, I completed the workout with pull ups and dips.

Increased the weight of the barbell by 1kg. While it may look like a small increase, I could really feel the extra strain on my muscles.
