DAY 109: Lifting yet slightly moar weights!

What happens when you feel bored with your regular weight training? You add moar weights! In the past, I used to do pull up weight weights tied around my waist. The extra weight added more resistance to my pull ups. Ever since the Spartan Race has ended, I do not do it any more. I thought, why not try it again?

I scrapped 5kg around my waist and started doing pull ups on my pull up bar. It was a hell of a workout! Even though it was only 5 sets of 10 with unlimited rest time in between sets, I was sweating all over. I need to do this more often.

Here’s in summary what I have done today:

I shall be having a long run to train my endurance tomorrow!
