Had crabs today for dinner. YAY!
I then went for my run and workout after wards. Did a 30min endurance jog. As I was feeling quite bloated, I ran a little slower today. No big deal though.
I then went on to do some dips. A total of 5 sets of 10 reps.
Anyways, I have a huge announcement! I signed up for Army Half Marathon 2016!
The opportunity came when my reservist Sergent major told us that we could join for free because our unit is participating and is anyone interested. I was hesitant at first because it is going to be 21km. I have never ran more than 10km in my life. Then Daniel messaged me and told me he is going and asked me to come along. So I went ahead and sign up.
Honestly, I am not sure if I am ready. Seems like I need to be more used to running in the next few training sessions.
