DAY 111: Lifting weights on rainy day

I was contemplating whether to run or to lift weights today. The rain helped me made my choice. As soon as I reached home, dark clouds loomed over the sky and it started raining heavily. Lifting it is.

3 10 5 Weighted Pull ups 5kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Just a short workout but I’m showing improvements in my shoulder press. If I could lift 10 reps in all sets, I shall yet add a little more weight.Did weighted pull ups again also. Boy! They are a killer!
