Holidays are here! Yay! But there’s still so much work left to do! 😦 I haven’t come out with the complete package for the elective course I’m teaching and I still have to coach the students for their upcoming performance at Vivocity.
Anyways, my finacee shared an article with me:
Old people has more muscle than me. And after watching the video, I realised my problem. I have been inconsistent with my workouts. Well, I do my workouts regularly but the type of workouts I do are quite inconsistent. Some weeks I would be running more and some weeks I would be lifting more. This hurts results.
As such, I have decided that I should make a timetable/schedule of some sort to follow so that I can be more consistent. I shall upload it soon.
For a start, Tuesday shall be my lifting day and here’s what I did today:

To cool down, I went for a 2km walk.
My arms felt really sore after that but it was a great feeling!
