Overly manly hands.
I have rough hands. Very rough hands. Hands tested by iron, through many years of doing pull ups. As such, I have a lot of calluses on my hands. And it seems like I’m gonna have even more because I’m starting to focus more on lifting. I have made up a training plan for myself this holiday and it looks like this.
There are two versions as currently I am not taking any Muay Thai lessons due to my busy traveling schedule. But I’ll be back.
What is the korean judo dumbbell training? Well, I was impressed by this video:
Watch from: 3:00 till 3:30
Judo practitioners always have this really buffed physique. Why not incorporate their training regime into mine? I thought.
Anyways, today is Thursday. This means it’s lifting day and this is what I did:

|20||5||Alternating dumbbell upright row to shoulder press||10, 10, 10, 10, 10|
|20||5||Alternating dumbbell press||10, 10, 10, 10, 10|
|2||10||5||Shoulder press||31kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10|
|3||10||5||Bent over row||31kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10|
|4||10||5||Weighted Pull ups||5kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10|
