I will be going for a Church camp for the next 4 days. Hence, I wouldn’t be able to blog or update my workouts as much. I hope that when I get there, I will still be able to workout. There’s a swimming pool at the resort we are staying but I think there’s no gym. 😦
Anyways, I tried to wake up early for my workout and it proved to be harder than it seems. During the weekdays, I need to wake up early for work so I will usually try to sleep more during the holidays. I was only able to do half of the exercises I have planned. I need more discipline.
