I just came back from my Church camp at Lotus Desaru. We have good fun, good fellowship and loads of good food. In fact, too good. We had buffet everyday and it’s killing my waistline. Thankfully there’s a swimming pool and a gym there that I can use. Anyway, we took a really long way back and the journey on the car made me sick. I was feeling really dizzy and only felt better after I forced my self to vomit at church. Nonetheless, the guys were asking if we are running tonight. I thought I should join them so that I could purge the sickness out of my body. Running does help with my motion sickness.
We paused at a few stops because Brendan wasn’t able to catch up (He hasn’t been too consistent in coming for our runs). And unfortunately, I forgot to start the timer when we began running again. We actually ran about 10km! I only realised that I haven’t started the timer when we were reaching the finishing point. Oh well..
