Today’s workout took almost 2.5hours. This is simply too unrealistic for a normal school day. I need to relook at my Thursday workouts so that they can be more achievable and that I will not lose motivation.

I also found that my shoulder has become slightly weaker after the Church retreat. I could hardly lift after the 2nd set. Moreover, I am going for Japan in 3 days time. I think it’s gonna hamper my progress even more 😦
