Initially, I had planned to go all out for this run but my muscles just aren’t ready yet. They were still aching from Wed’s long run. I had to change plans. Instead of going for a long run at my max pace, I had to be content with a 5km run at a steady pace. It was enjoyable still. I got to see the cats around the neighborhood and my neighbors walking their dogs.
I am gonna fly off on Sunday and will be in Japan for the next 8days! So exciting! However, I am also worried that I will grow a lot weaker with such a long rest.
