DAY 127: One last workout before..

Busy day today! I was packing for my trip to Japan tmr! Land of Bushido! Osu!

I am so excited! Yet, I am quite anxious. It’s gonna be a long flight and I have bad motion sickness. Usually, it’s the vibration of the transport that makes me really uncomfortable. I have bought my motion sickness pill. I hope they work.

Anyway, with the limited time, I only did a short workout. I was able to do the shoulder presses again. Seems like my muscles are getting used to exercising again.
