DAY 153: Drag your training partner along lol

Went for training with Brendan today. He has been very lazy and has not been joining Daniel and I for runs. As such, his stamina and strength dropped like crazy. We initially planned for a 5km run before going to do some pull ups. However, at the 2.5km mark, Brendan already couldn’t carry on. We proceeded to do our 5 sets of 10 pull ups. Brendan could only manage 3 sets. Hopefully, he will pick up working out again and be fit again.
