DAY 156: Running on a battered leg

My left leg still hurts like hell from Monday’s Muay Thai training. Not just my left quadriceps hurts from the kicks, both of my calves are hurting from bouncing around on the balls of the feet. Nonetheless, it’s run day and I MUST RUN!

I managed to finish my 5km run with good speed despite the soreness. AWESOME! Looking forward to terrible aches tomorrow morning… HAHAH!
