DAY 158: Sunday lifting – leaky nose

Had  a very good celebration yesterday night. We had mookata and loads of beer! Therefore, loads of calories! It’s an unforeseen cheatday but I was still happy to feast during the celebration.

I have having severe sinusitis. My nose have been leaking since Thursday and it has gone worse today. Despite feeling quite sick, I tried to lift today to keep up with my exercise routine. It’s just 1 hour I told myself and got to finish my workout. Nothing fantastic, but thank God for giving me the strength move on.
