I’m back at TKD training today! It has been so long since I came back. Thankfully, my skills still stays with me.
We started off class doing some warm up then did some basic kicks: front kicks and axe kicks. We then split the class in two where the seniors practice their roundhouse kicks while the juniors learn how to throw a proper roundhouse kick. After that, we did some conditioning drills- focusing on tuck jumps. After a short break, we did some kicking drills for roundhouse kicks. We finally ended the class with some ab exercises and cool down.
My legs felt like jelly after training…and I have a half marathon to run on Sunday… @.@
