I am finally done with my half marathon. It has been quite an interesting experience. The run has been really tough but still, I managed. Anyways, it is no time to slack. Training continues.
I took a day of rest after the marathon as my thigh and calf muscles were really sore. I even have problem falling asleep. I felt much better today and felt fit enough to continue exercising.
