DAY 179: Training continues

I am finally done with my half marathon. It has been quite an interesting experience. The run has been really tough but still, I managed. Anyways, it is no time to slack. Training continues.

I took a day of rest after the marathon as my thigh and calf muscles were really sore. I even have problem falling asleep. I felt much better today and felt fit enough to continue exercising.

Today’s training:

Reps Sets Exercise Comments, reps
1 10 5 Parallel bar dips Superset. Alternating 10 reps of each exercise. Total 5 sets
10 5 Pull ups
2 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 32kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
3 10 5 Bent over row 33.5kg. 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
