Today officially marks the end of term 3 and the start of my one week break before all hell breaks lose again. While I still have much work to complete, not going to school frees up a lot of free time and I plan to swim and go to the gym this week.
We had teacher’s day celebration today and have eaten a lot of good food. I decided to put those calories and ingested protein to good use by lifting some weights.

I have been stuck with using the the weights at this range for a while now. I feel that I should challenge myself by adding some weight to the exercises.
