I forgot to post yesterday. LOL! Didn’t do much, just went for a 5km run as I am getting fat. I weighed myself recently and found that I put on almost 2kg in 1 week! Too much good food during the teacher’s day week.
Today, I decided not to me lazy and workout a bit more since I have more time. I managed to do both weight lifting and running! I did weight lifting in the morning and went for a short run in the late afternoon.
