Had a particularly long day today as I am on duty for CCA. I had to stay in school all the way till 6pm before I can go back. I was really exhausted when I got home and really felt like just sleeping till the next day. I took a little nap before waking up 30mins later to force myself to do some lifting. Strangely, I felt a lot more energized after doing some grueling sets.
