Came back home really tired and unmotivated. These days, I just feel like taking a nap and not exercising. then, I came across this video that really inspired me. No time to slack. And yes! I want to achieve the kind of body that I want! I shall put up posters of my heroes around my room and workplace to remind myself to work hard, lift and not to cheat, and eat whatever I wanted!
