DAY 194: Sunday workout

Went for a ran with Brendan in the morning. It has been a long time since we ran together and we tried out a new route today. I chose this route because Brendan tends to want to give up at the 2.5km mark. In this route, he had no choice but to complete the race since we were running all the way form my house to Lavender mrt and back. haha!


In the afternoon, I continued to do some lifting on my own. It was a good day working out.
