DAY 196: Satisfying pump

Decided to add one more 1kg for my shoulder press to stimulate more growth for my shoulders. As expected, it was a lot tougher and I had to take longer breaks in between sets. Still, I was able to do 50 reps in total and got a really good pump.

1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 34.5kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 34.5kg
3 10 5 Weighted pull ups 5kg
