DAY 200: Eat meat, lift weights, repeat

Dinner alone after church today. 😦 Fiancee went to meet up with her girlfriends. As such, I was left alone. Had a really good burger at EwF @bugis but I probably consumed too much calories. I then went home to do some weight lifting.

Reps Sets Exercise Weight
1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 34.5kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 34.5kg
3 10 5 Weighted pull ups 5kg

Brendan has flew over to HK with some friends to visit Daniel and have holiday there. This means that I do not have my training partners for running tomorrow. Either ways, I shall be disciplined and run on my own tomorrow!
