Couldn’t sleep last night because I decided that drinking teh tarik for dinner was a good idea. I ended up only able to fall asleep at 3am. I will never drink teh tarik for dinner ever again!
Despite not sleeping enough and a long day(0730 – 1730!), I managed to lift! I even added more weights to my barbell for my bent over rows!
