DAY 216: I lifted today despite a tiring day

Upgrade complete. Added 0.5kg on my barbell for barbell shoulder rows. #lift #strengthtraining

Couldn’t sleep last night because I decided that drinking teh tarik for dinner was a good idea. I ended up only able to fall asleep at 3am. I will never drink teh tarik for dinner ever again!

Despite not sleeping enough and a long day(0730 – 1730!), I managed to lift! I even added more weights to my barbell for my bent over rows!

Reps Sets Exercise Weight
1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 34.5kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 35kg
3 10 5 Weighted pull ups 5kg
