DAY 218: I like to watch strong muscle men lift weights on Youtube

I like to watch strong muscle men lift weights on Youtube. No homo. But it really motivates me and get me excited about working out.

Feeling really exhausted. I fell asleep after drinking coffee. That’s how tired I am. But I am glad I still have the motivation to continue lifting. I accidentally added more weight for my bent over row. Surprisingly, I did okay and managed to complete all the sets though it was slightly challenging. Seems like this will be the new weight for bent over rows.

Reps Sets Exercise Weight
1 10 5 Barbell shoulder press 34.5kg
2 10 5 Bent over row 36kg
3 10 5 Weighted pull ups 5kg
