Broke away from my usual running routine and went for a faster pace run today. It felt great. It has been a while since I have run at this speed. Also, instead of of running round the park, I ran up and down a straight path instead.
I think the muscular imbalance in my body is real. At about 3km, the left side of my lower back was hurting a lot. I managed to grit my teeth and continue running but it certainly affected my speed. I think I should go JB for a nice massage during the holidays to ease the muscles.
