Went back for TKD training on Friday but I was seriously exhausted from Wednesday’s Fight Training. My arms were still aching and my core was very tight. Even though I was happy to be back, I didn’t trained as much.
Went for Citykids children’s event today. It was an exhausting day filled with fun and laughter with the kids. We played lots of games and even had wet games. We were playing with water guns and the children were chasing me, trying to get me wet. I ran many rounds round the mats bare footed to avoid getting ‘shot’ with the water guns and my calves were burning after that.
After dinner with my fiancee, I went back home to do more lifting! I am exhausted!
