DAY 226: running with tummy ache

I was down at my park, doing my 30mins jog when suddenly I was hit with an awful tummy ache. I thought I could finish the run the first but it was too painful and I had to go to the bathroom. I squatted for about 10mins before coming out of the bathroom to continue my run. Lesson learnt: go run AFTER you have cleared your bowels. XD
